1 Return Duration
Abi online Services Private Limited is committed to providing a smooth and secure experience for all customers. Once a recharge or bill payment request is submitted and successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled. Users are advised to verify the mobile number, DTH number, consumer ID carefully before confirming the transaction. If the request is pending due to operator downtime or technical issues, cancellation may not be possible.
THERE IS NO REFUNDS OR REVERSAL OF ANY KIND FOR SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION.
However, users will get refund in case of any failure transactions due to technical issues on the website. In such cases, the user shall be refunded full amount including service fees (if any), without any cutting into his account within 7-10 working days.
2 Double Payment Policy
We take utmost care to ensure our payment systems are secure and efficient. However, in the rare case of a duplicate or double payment, the following policy will apply:
- If a duplicate payment is identified by our system or reportedby the user, it will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- The user must provide proof of the duplicate transaction, such as transaction ID, bank statement, or screenshot.
If there are any processing charges from your bank or payment gateway, we will not be liable for those costs.
